Your Questions Answered

Absolutely. We would never send a stranger to your home that you and your cat haven't met.
Before your trip we schedule a meet and greet where you, your cat, and your assigned Cat Care Specialist get acquainted in the comfort of your own home. Your specialist will learn everything about your kitty — their personality, routine, favorite toys, hiding spots, and any special needs.
The sitter you meet is the same sitter who cares for your cat every visit, so your kitty always has a familiar, trusted face coming through the door.
Yes. Many cats need daily medication, and we make sure your kitty never misses a dose while you're away. Our team is experienced with:
We review dosage and schedule at your meet and greet, and there's no additional charge for medication administration.
No. Our pricing is simple, transparent, and all-inclusive.
We don't charge extra for additional cats in your household — whether you have one cat or five, the rate is exactly the same. We don't charge extra to administer medication either. Our visit rate is the same for every household, because great cat care shouldn't come with a long list of add-on fees.
We accept a secure entry door or garage door code, stored confidentially in your Time to Pet portal, or a lockbox with a house key inside placed somewhere accessible and discreet.
For the security of your home, we're unable to accept loose keys or access methods outside those two options.
All cats in our care must be visited at least once every 24 hours, no exceptions. This is a requirement of our insurance policy, and more importantly it's there for the wellbeing of your cat.
A lot can happen in 48 hours, and we never want your kitty to go without fresh food, clean water, a scooped litter box, or a loving face checking in. Daily visits also let us monitor your cat's health and catch anything out of the ordinary early.
We don't charge cancellation fees. Payments made for cancelled services are credited toward future cat care instead, and those credits never expire.
To cancel or adjust a reservation, log into your Time to Pet portal or contact us directly. The sooner you let us know, the better we can accommodate your updated plans.

We've written up everything else — payment and cancellation policies, how we access your home, what happens in a storm, and how our referral credit works.
