For our standard cat sitting visit we're typically at your home for 25 to 30 minutes, depending on your cat's needs that day.
This isn't a timed visit — our focus is completing everything your cat needs to be happy and well cared for. Some cats want extra attention and play, while a shy cat may prefer we take care of the essentials and give them their space. We always follow your cat's lead.
If you'd prefer a service based on a set amount of time, consider our One Hour Cat Visit, which is guaranteed for a full hour.
None at all. Our pricing is simple, transparent, and all-inclusive.
We don't charge extra for additional cats, medication administration, or anything else — the rate is the same regardless of how many cats you have or what they need. No hidden fees, no surprises, ever.
We understand — many cats are shy or take time to warm up to new people, and that is completely okay.
Our sitters are experienced with all kinds of personalities, from the social butterflies to the masters of hide-and-seek. When visiting a shy cat we never force interaction. We let your cat set the pace: sitting quietly nearby, speaking in soft tones, or simply going about the visit — refreshing food and water, scooping the litter, tidying up — while giving your kitty the space they need.
Over time many of our shyest clients have come around and even started looking forward to their sitter's visits. But whether your cat greets us at the door or watches from a safe distance, we always make sure they are cared for, comfortable, and loved.
Yes, at no additional cost. Many cats require daily medication, and we make sure your kitty never misses a dose while you're away. Our team is experienced with:
At your meet and greet we review your cat's medication needs, dosage and schedule so we're fully prepared before the first visit — and we keep you updated so you always know medications were given on time.
Yes. MEOW! A Cat Sitting Co. is fully insured and bonded through a company that specializes in coverage for the pet care industry, so you can feel confident your home and your cat are in good hands while you're away.
Just like hotels and airlines, we require full payment at the time of booking. This allows us to confirm our schedule and know when our calendar is full and we can no longer take on new cat sitting assignments.
We understand plans change, and for this reason we don't charge any cancellation fees.
If you need to cancel, any payment you've made is simply credited toward future cat sitting visits.
